Effective date: October 13, 2026
Version: YA-2026-10-v4
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using YA, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines & Safety Standards, Activity Payment & Refund Policy, Organizer Terms, and Marketplace & Activity Disclaimer.
2. Adults only
YA is intended only for users age 18 or older. You must provide an accurate date of birth. Providing false age information violates these Terms. YA may restrict, suspend, review, or terminate an account when it has reliable information that the user may be under 18.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, activity, and information you submit. You may not impersonate another person, evade enforcement, create deceptive accounts, or use multiple accounts to abuse payments, refunds, reports, or platform systems.
4. User content
You remain responsible for Shares, Activities, photos, videos, comments, messages, and other content you submit. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, distribute and technically adapt your content to operate YA, subject to the audience controls offered for that content. Service providers may exercise these rights only as needed to provide YA. This includes making thumbnails and converting media formats. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising uses. When content is removed, the license ends except for copies others have lawfully shared and limited retention needed for backups, legal obligations, safety or dispute handling.
5. Activities
YA provides tools for users to discover, create, and join user-created Activities. Unless YA expressly states otherwise, YA is not the organizer, venue, employer, transportation provider, merchant, or professional service provider for a user-created Activity.
6. Payments
Paid Activities may use third-party payment providers such as Stripe. YA may receive a disclosed platform commission. Organizers may be required to complete payment-provider identity, payout, banking, and tax onboarding.
7. Refunds and settlement
Paid Activities are subject to the refund policy shown before purchase. For new direct-payment orders, Stripe manages the organizer's bank payouts. YA does not provide escrow or hold payouts for the 48-hour feedback window. Unresolved refund or safety issues can restrict new paid bookings. Historical orders remain subject to the terms disclosed when purchased.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not use YA for fraud, payment or refund abuse, harassment, stalking, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, illegal goods or services, trafficking, impersonation, doxxing, spam, malware, unsafe conduct, or other unlawful or harmful activity.
9. Safety and moderation
YA may receive reports, review content or activity, restrict features, block transactions, limit distribution, suspend accounts, preserve information where required by law, and take other reasonable safety or enforcement actions.
10. No emergency service
YA is not an emergency service. Contact emergency services when immediate safety is at risk.
11. Disclaimers
YA is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. YA does not guarantee the identity, conduct, safety, legality, quality, availability, or performance of users, organizers, Activities, venues, goods, or services.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
13. Changes
YA may update these Terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
14. Contact
YA is individually operated by YA Founder. General support: support@ya-now.com. Privacy and data requests: privacy@ya-now.com. Payment questions: payments@ya-now.com. Product feedback: feedback@ya-now.com.
15. YA services and the operator
YA provides Share posts, media, profiles, social interactions, messages and tools to discover, create and participate in Activities. The website and app are operated on an individual basis under the public designation YA Founder. That designation is a public-facing title and does not represent that YA is an incorporated company. Support is available at support@ya-now.com. YA can introduce, change or discontinue features; a feature shown in a prototype or announced for the future is not a promise that it is available.
16. Registration and account security
You must be at least 18, provide accurate registration details and keep your access credentials secure. Do not share passwords, sell an account, access another person's account without permission or evade an account restriction. Email verification and social sign-in establish access to a sign-in method, not proof of identity or character. A self-declared birthday is not government identity verification. If your saved birthday is wrong, contact privacy@ya-now.com; do not create a replacement account to evade an age restriction. Report suspected compromise promptly to support@ya-now.com.
17. Content ownership and permission
You retain the rights you have in your content. To operate YA you give its operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and technically adapt that content in connection with YA. Technical adaptations include compression, thumbnails, formatting and translations. YA's necessary providers can process content for these purposes. Permission follows the audience and privacy controls offered for a feature and does not transfer ownership. It does not give YA an unrelated right to use a private message as a public advertising endorsement. Removal ends ordinary display rights, subject to legal retention, backups and copies recipients or other users have already lawfully shared. You must have the permissions needed for any music, images, videos, trademarks and people appearing in your content.
18. Other users, ranking and third-party media
Content is supplied by users and independent organizers. A feed position, popularity count, recommendation or organizer profile does not certify a person's identity, qualifications or safety. Discovery can consider location, language, interests, follows, interactions and activity information; the exact ordering may change. User statements, automated translations and recommendations can be inaccurate. Third-party links and embedded players, including YouTube, operate under their own terms and privacy practices. YA does not grant rights to download or republish third-party media merely because it can be viewed in YA.
19. Rules for use and enforcement
Follow the Community Guidelines and applicable law. Do not distribute malware, attack the service, bypass access controls, manipulate financial records, scrape private data, create deceptive identities, purchase fake engagement or interfere with others' accounts. Restrictions can include removal, reduced visibility, loss of specific features, a payment-booking pause or account suspension. The action depends on available information, seriousness and recurrence. YA can preserve relevant evidence and respond to valid legal requests. Reporting does not prove an allegation and a lack of immediate removal does not endorse content. Request review through support@ya-now.com with your YA ID and the affected content or decision.
20. Activities and purchases
Read the listing, total price, cancellation terms, venue conditions and organizer information before joining. Organizers, not YA, ordinarily supply and fulfill Activities. A person selling tickets must have authority to do so. New paid orders use Stripe direct payments to the organizer's account. YA receives the disclosed commission; Stripe controls its own processing and bank-payout arrangements. The Activity Payment & Refund Policy controls paid-order questions if there is a conflict with general language here. The terms shown when an existing order was purchased remain relevant to that order. A feedback window is not escrow, insurance or a promise of reimbursement.
21. Closing an account and retained obligations
You can request deletion through Settings. Unfinished paid Activities, bookings, refunds, fees, complaints or disputes must be resolved first. Processing runs through a backend queue and may be retried. Required payment, audit, fraud-prevention and legal records can remain after ordinary account content is removed or anonymized. Account deletion does not cancel a valid financial obligation, erase evidence of a dispute or require other users to delete independently held copies. Contact privacy@ya-now.com if deletion fails or you need help.
22. Complaints, copyright and business communications
Use Report for safety or content concerns and Feedback & Support for product problems. For copyright complaints, provide the work claimed to be infringed, the content URL or YA ID, your contact details and why you believe the use is unauthorized. The support email is a complaint channel, not a claim that a statutory DMCA agent is registered. Do not intentionally submit false claims. Account, security and transactional notices may be sent to your registered email; delivery and mailbox placement are not guaranteed.
23. Limits and mandatory rights
YA does not promise uninterrupted service or that every report, user or event has been independently reviewed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, YA is provided without implied guarantees of fitness, merchantability or non-infringement. No exclusion in these documents applies where the law prohibits it, and nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. YA does not require an arbitration agreement or class-action waiver under this version. Before bringing a non-urgent dispute, you may contact support to seek a practical resolution; this does not prevent a complaint to a regulator or a timely legal claim.
24. Changes, interpretation and contact
Material revisions are dated and versioned. YA may ask users to accept revised terms before further use. A new version does not retroactively replace the cancellation terms of a previous purchase. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions apply as far as permitted. Written permission to depart from a rule does not waive other rules.
