YA MARKETPLACE & ACTIVITY DISCLAIMER

Effective date: October 13, 2026
Version: YA-2026-10-v4

1. Platform role

YA connects participants with user-created Activities and organizers. Unless expressly stated, YA is not the organizer, venue, transportation provider, employer, merchant, or professional service provider.

2. Organizer responsibility

Organizers are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful operation, venue authorization, safety, capacity, timing, fulfillment, participant communication, and compliance with applicable rules.

3. Participant responsibility

Participants are responsible for evaluating whether an Activity is appropriate for them, following lawful organizer and venue rules, and using reasonable care in offline interactions.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed by Stripe. YA may receive a disclosed platform commission. Payment processing fees may be charged by Stripe under the connected account's pricing.

5. Settlement

New paid Activities use direct payments to the organizer's Stripe account. Stripe manages bank payouts. YA's 48-hour feedback window is not escrow or a bank-payout hold. Historical orders retain the policy shown at purchase.

6. No endorsement

A listing, ranking, recommendation, or appearance in YA does not by itself constitute YA endorsement or a guarantee.

7. What YA does and does not verify

YA supplies discovery, communication and booking tools. Displaying a listing does not establish that YA inspected the venue, checked permits, performed a background check or certified an organizer. Email verification proves control of a sign-in method rather than identity, qualifications or safety. Stripe onboarding serves Stripe's payment requirements and is not an endorsement of the event. Users must assess relevant details before joining.

8. Independent organizers and venues

Unless expressly identified as a YA-organized event, the organizer supplies the Activity and is responsible for its description, performance and lawful operation. Venues are responsible for their own services and rules. Organizer and venue relationships can be separate; buying an Activity ticket does not necessarily buy food, drinks, transport or venue admission unless clearly included. YA recommendations and user reviews can be incomplete or inaccurate.

9. Physical and social risks

Activities can involve travel, public spaces, food, exercise or interaction with people you have not met. Consider your own capabilities and circumstances, ask relevant questions about access or safety and follow lawful venue rules. Allergies, health needs, transport arrangements and personal property require your own planning and appropriate organizer disclosure. This statement does not waive liability for misconduct or a protection that applicable law makes non-waivable.

10. Listing changes and fulfillment problems

Material details can affect your decision to attend. Keep the listing, booking and organizer communications relevant to a complaint. Use YA's cancellation or payment-reporting tools for a paid problem. A conversation, report or feedback submission is not itself a completed refund. Stripe and the card issuer have their own processes; do not seek duplicate reimbursement through parallel refund and dispute paths.

11. Availability and emergencies

Network failures, device permissions, inaccurate translations and provider outages can affect directions, communication, payments or check-in. Have a practical backup for an offline meeting. YA is not an emergency service, insurer, medical adviser or security provider. Contact emergency services for immediate danger and the organizer for time-sensitive event arrangements. General support: support@ya-now.com; payment questions: payments@ya-now.com.

12. Relationship to other documents

The Terms define use of YA, Community Guidelines define conduct and the Activity Payment & Refund Policy governs purchase-specific fees and cancellation. A listing must not use this disclaimer to conceal a material condition or remove mandatory consumer rights. A policy version published later does not retroactively replace the disclosed terms of an earlier purchase.
