Effective date: October 13, 2026
Version: YA-2026-10-v4
YA is an adults-only community. These rules apply to Shares, Activities, profiles, comments, messages, media, and other user content.
1. Sexual content and exploitation
Pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual solicitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, trafficking, and any sexual content involving minors are prohibited.
2. Child safety
YA is not available to users under 18. Users may report suspected underage accounts. Content that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, or endangers minors is prohibited and may be escalated as required by law.
3. Violence and dangerous conduct
Graphic violence intended to shock, credible threats, incitement, instructions for violent wrongdoing, dangerous challenges, or Activities that create unreasonable risk are prohibited.
4. Hate and harassment
Hateful abuse, targeted harassment, stalking, bullying, intimidation, and threats are prohibited.
5. Privacy
Do not publish private personal information, credentials, financial information, or intimate material without authorization.
6. Fraud, scams, and impersonation
Do not impersonate others, misrepresent Activities, manipulate payments or refunds, create deceptive listings, or coordinate fraudulent behavior.
7. Illegal or regulated conduct
Do not use YA to facilitate illegal drugs, trafficking, unlawful weapons transactions, unlawful gambling, prohibited services, or other unlawful activity.
8. Self-harm
Content that encourages, glorifies, or instructs self-harm or suicide is prohibited. Supportive, recovery, educational, and prevention-oriented discussion may be allowed.
9. Spam and platform abuse
Spam, automated abuse, fake engagement, account farming, malicious multi-account behavior, refund abuse, and attempts to evade enforcement are prohibited.
10. Reporting and blocking
Users can report content, accounts, Activities, and safety concerns and can block other users. YA may review reports and take appropriate action.
11. Enforcement
YA may remove, restrict, downrank, label, suspend, terminate, limit transactions, or otherwise restrict content or accounts.
12. Emergencies
YA is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
13. Authentic participation and commercial transparency
Profiles, posts and Activities must not impersonate people, fabricate attendance or mislead users about the organizer. Disclose a material commercial relationship when endorsing a product or service. Do not use automated accounts, coordinated reactions, fake reviews or recycled identities to create deceptive social proof. Clearly identify operator-managed content when necessary to avoid misleading users about its source. Editorial curation is not permission to invent personal experiences or represent stock media as your own attendance.
14. Sexual abuse, privacy and minors
Do not post non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, coercion, grooming or material that sexualizes a minor. Consent to one audience or use is not consent to every later publication. Do not threaten to share intimate content or demand payment to remove it. YA does not allow users under 18. Report suspected underage accounts without publicly accusing or identifying a person. Illegal child-exploitation content must not be forwarded through ordinary posts, chats or support email.
15. Harassment, discrimination and violence
Do not repeatedly target a person with abuse, threats, stalking, unwanted sexual contact or publication of private information. Content attacking people on protected characteristics, promoting violent extremism or inciting violence is prohibited. Do not organize dangerous challenges, coercive encounters or deceptive gatherings. Context matters for news, educational or supportive discussion, but that context is not permission to threaten or exploit a person.
16. Activity safety and regulated services
Listings must accurately state material details, price and conditions. Do not promote illegal drugs, trafficking, unlawful weapons transactions, unlawful gambling or unlicensed services where a license is required. Organizers must respect venue permission, capacity, applicable age restrictions and accessibility information they choose to represent. An 18+ app does not permit an under-21 attendee to bypass alcohol rules. Do not force attendees into undisclosed purchases or materially change an event after taking payment without using the relevant cancellation process.
17. Fraud, copyright and technical abuse
Scams, account theft, phishing, payment laundering, refund abuse and fraudulent chargebacks are prohibited. A genuine complaint or lawful issuer dispute is not misconduct merely because it is inconvenient for an organizer. Upload only media you own or are authorized to use, including music. Do not bypass moderation, exploit security weaknesses, harvest private user information or upload malicious files. Submit legitimate security concerns privately to support@ya-now.com instead of exploiting other users.
18. Reporting, review and appeals
Use Report on the profile, post or Activity and provide relevant identifiers and a concise factual description. Use payments@ya-now.com for a payment problem and support@ya-now.com for enforcement review. YA may review the report with related content, transaction and safety information. Reports can result in no action, a request for more information, content removal, reduced distribution, restrictions, suspension or termination. Immediate risk can require prompt action; not every decision will have a prior warning. Contact support with your YA ID and decision details if you believe an action was mistaken. Avoid repeated abusive or knowingly false reports.
19. Offline emergencies and practical care
Meet in appropriate public locations, tell someone you trust where you are going and leave an unsafe situation. These are precautions, not a guarantee. YA reporting is not an emergency dispatch service and is not continuously staffed. Call local emergency services when there is immediate danger. Operator moderation does not replace venue security, professional advice or law enforcement. These guidelines apply alongside the Terms and Activity policies.
