Effective date: October 13, 2026
Version: YA-2026-10-v4
1. Eligibility
Paid Activity organizers must be 18+ and may need to complete Stripe Connected Account onboarding, identity verification, banking, tax, and payout requirements.
2. Accurate Activities
Organizers must accurately describe the Activity, price, time, location, capacity, refund terms, and material conditions.
3. Fees
For new direct-payment Activities, YA's commission follows the organizer's current fee agreement. The default is 8% of the ticket price; any applicable fixed amount or seller-specific rate is shown to the organizer. Stripe processing fees are separate and paid by the organizer. Historical purchases retain their disclosed commission.
4. Completion
An organizer's completion confirmation is a claim that the Activity was completed; it is not by itself an instruction to release payout.
5. Payout protection
Stripe manages payouts for new direct-payment orders. YA restricts new paid bookings while refunds, complaints or disputes remain unresolved. Organizers must respond within 48 hours and fund refunds through their Stripe Dashboard where needed. Historical orders retain their original payout policy.
6. Cancellations
If an organizer cancels a paid Activity, participants should receive the refund required by the policy shown at purchase and applicable law.
7. Abuse
Organizers may not manipulate attendance, check-ins, reviews, refunds, payouts, or user reports.
8. Safety
Organizers remain responsible for lawful and reasonably safe operation of their Activities.
9. Who may organize and authority to sell
An organizer must be 18 or older and have authority to offer the Activity and receive payments. Stripe onboarding may require identity, banking, tax and other information submitted directly to Stripe. Do not use another person's payment account or evade an account restriction. Verification for payments is not a YA safety certification. Commercial or regulated Activities require the permits, qualifications and venue consent applicable to their actual operations.
10. Listing and attendee obligations
Provide an accurate title, description, schedule, location, capacity, price, inclusion details and material restrictions. State whether food, drinks, admission or transport is separate. Represent accessibility accurately instead of guaranteeing an unverified condition. Keep private participant details confidential and use them only for legitimate event operation, communication, safety or lawful obligations. Joining your Activity does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing or disclosure of attendee contact details.
11. Payment setup and booking restrictions
Your new paid orders use your Stripe connected account. Keep the account in good standing and respond to provider requirements. YA can prevent paid publication or new bookings where account readiness, capacity, pricing limits, unresolved refunds, complaints, disputes or security conditions require it. A pause in sales does not erase prior obligations. Do not tell users that YA guarantees your identity, performance or refund liquidity.
12. Commission, processing charges and reconciliation
YA's default commission is 8 percent of the ticket price, subject to your disclosed seller agreement. Applicable fixed charges or negotiated rates can differ. Stripe charges are paid by the organizer under its pricing. Reconcile order amounts, cancellations, platform commission returns and Stripe charges in the relevant records. Do not assume your bank payout equals gross sales or that an order marked pending is final. Historical transactions retain their original fee and settlement terms.
13. Cancellations and changes
Use the supported cancellation and refund process for a paid Activity. Do not delete a live paid listing to bypass participant refunds, materially misstate fulfillment or require attendees to accept an undisclosed substitute. The current ordinary cancellation deduction is described in the purchase policy, including organizer cancellations, but does not override a full refund required by law. A completed or cancelled paid Activity can be archived without erasing payment evidence. Communicate a material change promptly and preserve relevant records.
14. Refund funding and complaints
You remain responsible for funding your refund obligations. A payout or an empty Stripe balance does not remove that responsibility. If Stripe keeps a refund pending, act through the Stripe Dashboard and the YA support process as needed. YA may ask you to respond within 48 hours and restrict new sales while a problem is unresolved; this is not a guarantee of adjudication or receipt by that deadline. Provide accurate facts and respond to legitimate complaints without retaliation.
15. Offline operation and prohibited conduct
Arrange appropriate venue permission, capacity and safety practices. Follow applicable alcohol, food, transport, health, accessibility and other rules relevant to the Activity; an 18+ platform does not eliminate stricter local age limits. Do not coerce participation, operate prohibited services, fake check-ins, manipulate reviews or use attendance information to harass attendees. You are responsible for people and services you engage to fulfill your event.
16. Disputes, records and leaving YA
Cooperate with valid payment-provider requests and keep documentation needed for a refund, dispute or applicable tax duty. Do not request an ordinary refund during an active issuer dispute in a way that creates duplicate reimbursement. Account deletion can be refused while active paid events or financial obligations remain. Financial and audit records may be retained after ordinary content is removed. Stripe independently controls its accounts and records. Contact payments@ya-now.com for payment issues and support@ya-now.com for organizer or moderation assistance.
17. Policy relationship and changes
These terms supplement YA's general Terms, Community Guidelines and Activity Payment & Refund Policy. The booked terms govern existing orders, subject to mandatory law. YA can update organizer conditions with appropriate notice and acceptance where required; a new version must not silently rewrite an existing buyer's cancellation agreement. No clause grants an exemption from non-waivable legal duties.
